Living History

This family-friendly event, which is free and open to the public, will feature a portrayal of Jacques Cousteau by Doug Mishler, an independent scholar and veteran Chautauquan. History comes alive as audience members meet historical figures and engage in a thoughtful dialogue with each character. A partnership of HCC, the Harford and Cecil County Public Libraries, Cecil College, and Maryland Humanities brings this annual living history series to the Upper Chesapeake region.
